Job summary

Qualifications

• Must-Haves 6–10 years of enterprise network engineering experience with hands-on LAN, WAN, wireless, routing/switching, and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring and managing Fortinet and Cisco Meraki; SonicWall is a strong plus.
• Network security knowledge including 802.1X, certificates, encryption, and secure connectivity.
• Enterprise telephony / Contact Center experience with 8x8, Zoom Contact Center or RingCentral Contact Center.
• 3–5 years of leading infrastructure projects, mentoring engineers, and owning network initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, deploy, manage, and maintain networking infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
• Manage firewall platforms and ensure secure connectivity across corporate locations.
• Administer enterprise networking technologies including Fortinet and Cisco Meraki platforms.
• Monitor network performance and connectivity using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve issues.
• Architect and deploy network security controls including 802.1X network port authentication.
• Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Support and manage enterprise telephony systems with specialization in contact center technologies.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain contact center platforms including 8x8, Zoom Contact Center, and RingCentral Contact Center.
• Troubleshoot network and telephony issues across the organization.
• Lead networking and telephony infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and staff.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must-Haves; 6–10 years of enterprise network engineering experience — strong hands-on LAN, WAN, wireless, routing/switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Fortinet + Cisco Meraki — hands‑on experience configuring, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting these platforms. SonicWall is a strong plus.
• Network security & 802.1X — experience implementing network access/security controls, including 802.1X, firewalls, certificates, encryption, and secure connectivity.
• Enterprise telephony / Contact Center — hands‑on experience with 8x8, Zoom Contact Center, and/or RingCentral Contact Center, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Technical leadership & project ownership — 3–5 years leading infrastructure projects, mentoring engineers, and owning network initiatives from architecture/design through implementation.
• 6 to 10 years of experience working with enterprise networking technologies
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or managing technical sta
• Strong experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, BCDR and firewall technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills with network connections, certificates and encryption
• Hands‑on experience with Fortinet, Sonicwall and Cisco Meraki networking platforms preferred
