Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of our network element portfolio in the US. You will lead product teams, manage all aspects of product line management for network elements, and collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales to deliver winning solutions.

You will maintain clear roadmaps, drive profitable growth, participate in RFQs, mentor junior staff, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for our PLM team in Nokia of America Corporation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, Masters preferred.
• 8+ years in product management with proven strategy leadership.
• Strong understanding of network element technologies and telecom needs.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and planning.
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong organizational skills.
• Business acumen to identify market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product teams and manage all aspects of product line management for network elements.
• Drive strategy for the network element portfolio focusing on profitable growth.
• Maintain clear roadmaps for short- and long-term goals aligned with business objectives.
• Engage with customers and RBC to translate requests into winning solutions.
• Participate in RFQs with accurate and timely responses.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM team.
• Stay updated on trends, competitors, and new technologies to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales for go-to-market execution.
• Provide progress updates to senior management and mentor junior team members.
