We are looking for a Network Deploy Technician to work within our infrastructure operations team. You will operate with minimal supervision to enhance the stability and scalability of our networks and help automate our processes.

The role involves supporting multiple data center locations, managing capacity, and working with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects efficiently. You should have experience supporting large-scale networks and troubleshooting network issues. Collaboration, operational best practices, and procedural refinement are key aspects of this role.

Physical Requirements (with accommodations):

  • Lift/move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for heavier loads
  • Work in 24/7 environments, participate in responder rotations, provide after-hours support
  • Work in cramped, elevated, noisy environments
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch for up to 8+ hours
  • Ascend/descend ladders and stairs safely

Travel within and outside the region is required; a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, data center operations, or technical project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCENT, Network+)
  • Knowledge of network cabling, fiber types, testing equipment
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools (VFLs, OTDR, power meters)
  • Understanding of infrastructure tech (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF) and command line interfaces (Cisco IOS, JunOS, Linux)
