Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of telecom or wireless construction experience; small cell experience.
• Experience with small cell deployment, including foundations, pole installation, power, and RF components.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, RF testing (PIM/sweep), NESC, NEC, OSHA, and 811 requirements.
• Experience managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and multiple projects.
• OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver’s license.

• Oversee vendors, contractors, and construction crews to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, permitting, utilities, and construction activities.
• Monitor project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, forecasting, and contractor performance.
• Identify and resolve field issues, project delays, and potential cost or safety risks.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and closeout packages.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, operations, municipalities, and internal project teams.
