Job summary

Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado, seeks a Network and Cloud Administrator to maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN, cloud services, and server infrastructure. You will manage Cisco Meraki, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SCCM, DNS/DHCP, and security tools while supporting faculty, staff, and students.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise networks and cloud platforms.
Experience with ITIL practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT help desk support for faculty, staff and students.
Configure, install, and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN hardware and software.
Manage Cisco Meraki and Splash Access dashboards and network devices.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Admin, Intune, and Cisco Control Hub.
Administer SCCM, DHCP, DNS, and print servers.
Support endpoint security and VoIP telephony; stay aware of security policies.
