• Pay Type: Hourly
• Annual Salary Pay: $19.00-$21.00 an hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 08:00am-05:30pm

Summary

The Network Carrier Coordinator (remote) will manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, proper billing timing, and overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on the “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc., for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders with a delivery date over 50 days old), obtain POD from Network Carrier or conduct follow-up with customer, and update system for invoicing
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders with scheduled dates
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned
