Network Availability Quality Assurance Analyst Lead

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Availability Quality Lead to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring network performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and mentor the network availability QA team.
  2. Identify and track program risks and action items to closure, assessing risk and cost of changes.
  3. Establish and maintain close working relationships with other areas, service providers, customers, and technical staff.
  4. Deliver briefings and training to leadership and teams to ensure understanding and meet objectives.
  5. Keep senior management informed of activities and issues proactively.
  6. Ensure compliance with standards and policies, staying updated on process changes.
  7. Utilize ServiceNow dashboards and tools to report process status.
  8. Support measurement and reporting for meetings and as needed.
  9. Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions.
  10. Manage end-to-end projects following procedures and templates.
  11. Develop and maintain project management documentation.
  12. Lead efforts ensuring high performance and quality.
  13. Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs.
  14. Set team goals and manage daily operations for projects.
  15. Raise issues, validate results, and ensure resolution.
  16. Monitor and analyze network performance data for trends and issues.
  17. Collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
  18. Develop and implement QA strategies for capacity management.
  19. Create and present reports on network metrics.
  20. Lead quality audits and identify best practices.
  21. Ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycles.
  22. Assess impact of changes on availability.
  23. Lead a team of Availability Management Process Analysts.
Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with poly required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of related work experience.
  • Knowledge of Service Management workflows and ITSM processes.
  • ITIL V3 or 4 certification.
  • Experience with Network Capacity Management.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies and capacity management principles.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with automation testing and scripting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, MPLS, SDN).
  • Experience with network monitoring tools.
Desired:
  • Leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Advanced ITIL certifications.

Pay Range

The salary range is $109,800 - $241,600, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and certifications. We provide comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and time off. Learn more.
