Job summary

Invences Inc. is seeking a NetworkAutomation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Python-driven automation for network deployment, configuration, and management. The role includes VNFs/CNFs in virtualized and cloud-native environments with Tier-1 support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate brings strong Python scripting, virtualization experience, and proficiency with Ansible/Netmiko, CI/CD, and IaC, along with solid networking knowledge and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in network engineering and automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting for network automation.
• Extensive experience with virtualization and cloud-native technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience in deploying and managing VNFs/CNFs.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Python scripts for automating network deployment, configuration, and management tasks.
• Deploy and manage VNFs and CNFs in virtualized and cloud-native environments.
• Provide Tier-1 support for network infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Develop and maintain network automation frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable network solutions.
• Document network automation processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Stay up-to-date with virtualization, cloud-native technologies, and network automation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of network infrastructure and automation processes.
