About the Role

The SE Network Associate opportunity will be based in the Southeast US area (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, or TN) for ease of travel access to the assigned region. Most of the travel will be within the territory, though occasional travel outside the region may be required to provide the highest level of field support. As the SE Network Associate, your primary role will be to support all HomeSafe partners within the Northwest territory.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

  1. Responsible for prospecting providers by visiting providers in person and conveying key notes to team leaders.
  2. Responsible for approving and conducting warehouse inspections within your responsible region.
  3. Become familiar with proprietary technology; HomeSafe Connect.
  4. Capable of reading and disseminating reports to your service providers as well as Regional Manager and teammates.
  5. Comfortably working in a high pace environment while understanding the department's goals and working with your team to accomplish those goals.
  6. Read, understand, and adhere to rules and regulations as it applies to the service providers and the requirements listed therein.
  7. Be able to utilize reporting and dashboards to monitor the progress of the region.
  8. Assist in on-boarding regional providers.
  9. Responsible for following escalation protocols and root cause analysis of service failures with supply chain.
  10. Holding providers accountable for services and communicate, monitor, and maintain KPI thresholds.
  11. Responsible for monitoring regional capacity goals to build peak and non-peak capacity among service providers (domestic or international), including short term storage solutions.
  12. Aid in bringing peaceful solutions to conflicts between customers, JPPSO/PPSO personnel and service providers.
  13. Perform other duties as needed.

Qualification and Skill Requirements :

  1. Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  2. 2+ years directly related experience in a transportation, logistics, manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
  3. Excellent customer service skills for communicating with team members, customers, JPPSO/PPSO personnel, service providers, and HomeSafe employees and management.
  4. Demonstrated experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
  5. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility for supporting customers in multiple time zones.
  6. Position is remote/virtual; however, due to 40% travel requirements, preferred candidate should reside locally within the region to provide the highest level of field support.
  7. Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements.
  8. Proficient in MICROSOFT OFFICE, POWER BI and their applications.
  9. Former Military Transportation/MilMove HHG Experience highly preferred.

Note : This position is fully remote / work from home. HomeSafe will supply appropriate equipment, employee provided high speed internet is required.
