Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions seeks a senior Vehicle Network Architect in Michigan to design, develop, and manage secure vehicle Ethernet networks. You will ensure compliance with system requirements and reference architectures, collaborating with hardware, software, cybersecurity, and vendor teams.

The role requires 10+ years of engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree, and hands-on MBSE/Cameo expertise, with significant on-site presence (up to 100%). CAN knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven vehicle Ethernet network delivery experience; TSN, VLANs, QoS, and Ethernet security.
• Hands-on MBSE/Cameo; Layer 2/Layer 3 architectures; on-site up to 100%; CAN knowledge a plus.

The Vehicle Network Architect will design, develop, and manage secure, reliable Ethernet network architectures for vehicles, ensuring compliance with system requirements and reference architectures. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining network diagrams and system models using MBSE/Cameo, managing interfaces, conducting architecture trade studies, and collaborating with hardware, software, cybersecurity, and external vendor teams.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, 10+ years of engineering experience, proven experience delivering vehicle Ethernet networks, expertise in TSN, VLANs, QoS, Ethernet security, managed switches/routers, Layer 2/Layer 3 architectures, and hands‑on MBSE/Cameo experience.
• CAN networking knowledge is a plus.
• The role requires a significant on-site presence, potentially up to 100%.
