Job summary

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking a Network Administrator to provide Tier II technical support on CENTRIXS Networks supporting NIWC PAC. The role includes network administration, IOS upgrades for routers/switches/ASAs, and assisting with failure repair as needed.

Responsibilities include TACLANE connectivity troubleshooting, basic VDI issues, and performing IA scans with STIGs. A SECRET clearance and IAT Level II certifications are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network administration experience.
• Active security clearance: Secret.
• IAT Level II certifications required (one of Security+ CE, GIAC GSEC, SCNP, SSCP).

Responsibilities

• Network administration and troubleshooting for CENTRIXS networks.
• Troubleshoot TACLANE connections.
• Basic VDI troubleshooting related to virtual networks.
• Perform IA scanning and apply STIGs as required.

Job description

The selected candidate will work as an administrator supporting the network infrastructure for CENTRIXS networks. Specific duties include, but not limited to the following: * Network administration and troubleshooting includes maintaining the network infrastructure, troubleshooting support for network connectivity for multiple sites, performing IOS upgrades for routers/switches/ASAs, and assisting with failure repair when needed.

• Troubleshooting of TACLANE connections.
• Basic VDI troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing virtual network related issues.
• Performing required IA scanning and applying STIGs as required.

Requirements Clearance Level * Secret

Certifications (IAT Level II) one of the following:

* Security+ CE

• GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
• Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
• System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

And Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Required Skills * 3+ years of network administration experience
