Job summary

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking a Network Administrator to provide Tier II support for CENTRIXS Networks supporting NIWC PAC. The role involves network administration, troubleshooting, IOS upgrades, and assisting with failure repairs across multiple sites.

The candidate should have 3+ years of network administration experience and hold IAT Level II certifications (or equivalent). Clearance of Secret is required, CCNA is desirable, and ITIL familiarity is a plus.

• IAT Level II certifications or equivalent.
• Experience with CENTRIXS networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II technical support for CENTRIXS networks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure across sites.
• Perform IOS upgrades on routers/switches/ASAs and assist with failure repairs.
• VDI troubleshooting and IA scanning with STIGs as required.

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a Network Administrator to provide Tier II technical support on CENTRIXS Networks supporting NIWC PAC. The selected candidate will work as an administrator supporting the network infrastructure for CENTRIXS networks.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Network administration and troubleshooting includes maintaining the network infrastructure, troubleshooting support for network connectivity for multiple sites, performing IOS upgrades for routers/switches/ASAs, and assisting with failure repair when needed.
• Troubleshooting of TACLANE connections.
• Basic VDI troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing virtual network related issues.
• Performing required IA scanning and applying STIGs as required.
