We support mission-critical programs where performance isn't optional — and we build teams that reflect that standard.
OSAAVA Services is seeking a Network Administrator to support the 53rd Wing at Eglin AFB, Florida on a full-time, on-site basis.
This is a hands-on, technically demanding role for a professional who has designed, implemented, and maintained enterprise-level network infrastructure in DoD or similarly complex environments. The right candidate brings deep experience with Cisco networking equipment, firewall administration, and Windows Server environments — and can operate independently in a fast-paced, mission-focused setting where network availability directly impacts operational readiness.
This is not a helpdesk or junior systems administrator role. We are looking for someone who has built and sustained infrastructure, not just supported it.
The 53rd Wing at Eglin AFB is one of the most operationally significant test and evaluation commands in the Air Force. The network infrastructure supporting it is mission-critical — and the person maintaining it matters.
This role puts you inside a dynamic DoD environment where your technical decisions have direct impact on operational readiness. You will not be managing a helpdesk queue. You will be owning infrastructure that cannot go down.
OSAAVA Services is a veteran-owned firm that understands the clearance landscape, the pace of DoD environments, and what it takes to place the right people in roles that matter. When you work with us you are not a submission. You are a professional we stand behind.
Please Note: OSAAVA Services is accepting resumes for anticipated future openings for this position. This is a talent pipeline posting and does not represent an immediate vacancy. Qualified candidates may be contacted as opportunities become available.
