Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Network LAN/WAN Administrator to support SITEC-3 operations at Little Creek, VA. The role involves Tier 1–2 network support, managing LAN/WAN infrastructure, VPNs, and encryption devices to ensure 24x7 mission readiness for USSOCOM and partners.

The ideal candidate holds DoD TS/SCI clearance, a BS/BA with 2+ years, and CCNA/IAT Level II certifications, with on-site work in Virginia. Peraton offers challenging assignments across national security missions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and DoD TS w/SCI clearance or higher is required.
• BS/BA with 2+ years of experience, MS with 0 years, AS/AA with 4 years, or HS with 6 years.
• IAT Level II certification and CCNA certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, tuning, testing, operation, monitoring, upgrading, patching, and management of WAN/LAN routing and switching infrastructure.
• Plan, design, configure, install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair LAN/WAN capabilities and associated devices.
• Configure and manage WAN PORs and VLAN architectures, including security and encryption devices.
• Provision and monitor LAN/WAN VPN services to connect remote elements per DoD/USSOCOM directives.
• Collaborate with external circuit providers to restore outages and support LAN/WAN exercises.
