Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience administering LAN/WAN network environments.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching fundamentals.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark).
- Must have a Security+ or other DoD 8140 compliant certification for IAT-II.
Responsibilities
- Installs, configures, and maintains LANs, WANs, and related network systems.
- Monitors network performance and security; troubleshoots common issues.
- Assists in designing, deploying, and optimizing network deployments.
- Supports network servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems.
- Escalates complex/large-scale network problems as needed.
