Responsibilities:

• SD-WAN & SASE Implementation: Design, deploy, and manage SD-WAN and SASE solutions for secure, high-performance networking.
• Cloud Networking: Architect and maintain cloud-based network infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical Documentation: Create, update, and maintain technical documents, including Network architecture, configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Document Network infrastructure and configurations in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant teams.
• Work closely with developers, system administrators, and support teams to capture and document critical Network information.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure network solutions meet operational and security requirements.
• Network Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for zero-trust architecture, encryption, and cloud security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware NSX, etc.) and SASE frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid network environments.
• Proficiency in technical documentation (network diagrams, SOPs, knowledge base articles).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network automation (Terraform, Ansible).

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, AWS/Azure Networking Certifications.
• Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and network security best practices.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
