Qualifications

• Experience with WAN circuit provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing & Switching, Firewall technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and system health to ensure reliability and availability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential network issues before impact occurs.
