Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Network Administrator to join its corporate office. You will design, implement, and maintain voice and data networks, supervise installations, and support day-to-day operations of LAN/WAN and security systems.

The role targets experience with network devices (Cisco/Netscreen/Juniper), VoIP, and cloud services such as Azure or AWS. Office-based with optional remote days reflects our hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Network Administrator role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• CCNA certification required or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-site LAN/WAN and DR infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IP routing, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SNMP, WiFi, MDM, and related services.
• Cloud services experience such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the corporate network infrastructure.
• Assist in administering and maintaining the WAN and DR Site.
• Administer VoIP systems and security systems.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor network components.
• Support network-related hardware and infrastructure (servers, printers, hubs, switches, routers).
• Create user accounts and document network procedures.
• Provide end-user support and resolve network issues.
• Develop and maintain network documentation.
