Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team in Plantation, FL. This on-site role focuses on managing, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise network across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will support security, performance, and reliability while collaborating with Security, Cloud, and Service Desk teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with DNS/DHCP/IPAM, VPNs, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud networking, plus a solid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Network Administration or related infra roles.
• Hands-on DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Experience with VPNs, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud networking (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong security knowledge and ability to troubleshoot across on-prem and cloud.
• Experience documenting diagrams and procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
• Configure DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VLANs, routing, NAT, VPNs, and firewall policies.
• Support LAN/WAN/WLAN and hybrid cloud networks.
• Diagnose performance, latency, and access issues; apply upgrades.
• Maintain network diagrams, device inventories, and configs.
• Collaborate with Cloud/Infrastructure teams on secure connectivity.
• Participate in change management and documentation.
• Support SD-WAN deployments and cloud connectivity in Azure/AWS/GCP.
