Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an AA with 3 years of relevant experience and CCNA.
• 3 years of enterprise network administration experience.
• DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security CE) is required.
• Must hold a TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure and services.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols and switching to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Support cloud-connected and hybrid networks, including AWS, Azure, and GCP integrations.
• Assist with deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of SD-WAN solutions.
• Implement and maintain DISA STIGs and DoD security requirements for network devices.
• Use SolarWinds and SD-WAN controllers to monitor health, identify issues, and optimize performance.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and technical documentation.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for network incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
