Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Network Administrator (Shift) to support 24/7/365 operations in Wiesbaden, Germany, supporting U.S. Army Europe as part of EMITS.

The position includes night, weekend, and holiday shifts with responsibilities for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and user account management. Candidate must have a US Secret clearance, 2+ years of hands-on networking experience, and IAT Level II certification; TES accreditation would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a US Secret Security Clearance (or equivalent) and 2+ years of hands-on networking experience.
• Hands-on networking experience in Cisco, Junos, NSX-T.
• IAT Level II compliant (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Ability to obtain German TES Accreditation (TESA).
• Cisco Certified Support Technician CCST certification.

Responsibilities

• Document SOPs and TTPs for networking operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to ensure high-quality transmission.
• Use a ticketing system to track networking issues and coordinate with Tier III engineers.
• Support TACLANES and GemONE/GemX software.
