SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking a Network Administrator Mid to support the Base Infrastructure Modernization contract at the 157th Air Refueling Wing in New Hampshire. The role provides Tier 2 network administration, monitoring, and crisis-ready NOC operations from a forward-deployed position.

Required qualifications include a BA/BS, 5+ years of relevant experience, DoD Secret clearance, and certifications (Net+CE or CCNA, plus Security+CE).

Responsibilities

• Provides remote Network Operations Center support from forward-deployed location.
• Backup NOC operations capability for centralized functions.
• Monitors network infrastructure and systems from remote location.
• Coordinates with primary NOC personnel for seamless handoff of monitoring and management responsibilities.
• Provides NOC management decision-making support during disruptions or contingency situations.
• Performs network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities independently.
• Maintains proficiency with NOC tools, processes, and procedures.
• Supports distributed operations model enabling resilient network management during crises or disasters.
• Coordinates with on-site base personnel for localized network issues.
• Ensures continuous network monitoring coverage and operational awareness.
• Participates in NOC training and readiness activities.
• Maintains secure communications and coordination channels with primary NOC.

SMS is hiring a Network Administrator Mid to support our Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contract. This position will provide Tier 2 Network Administration support augmenting Air National Guard Communications Squadron personnel in operating NIPR and SIPR Base Area Network infrastructure. This position is located at 157th Air Refueling Wing, NH.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides remote Network Operations Center support from forward‑deployed location ensuring continuity of NOC operations and distributed network management capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ relevant years of experience
• DoD Secret security clearance required
• CompTIA Net+CE or Cisco CCNA
  • If Net+CE, candidate will be required to obtain a CCNA within 90 days from hire.
• CompTIA Security+CE required.
