Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain and optimize enterprise networks, including data centers, cloud interconnects, and retail environments.

You will monitor performance, resolve incidents, and support hybrid networks with on-call rotation; collaborate with security and operations teams.

This full-time role emphasizes reliability, timely ticket handling, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced retail tech setting.

Qualifications

• Strong core networking skills across enterprise environments (routing, switching, and network design).
• Extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper network devices and routing protocols.
• Knowledge of firewall concepts, policies, and enforcement.
• Experience with wireless networks, AP deployment, and WLAN security.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integrations.
• Hands-on with SD-WAN and modern networking architectures.
• Proficiency in network monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and availability for Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents.
• Handle tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when required.
• Participate in on-call and major incident support activities
• Support hybrid network environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Support data center network operations and maintenance
