Job summary

Radiant Digital Solutions LLC in Florida seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure/Network Administrator to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, including routers and switches.

You will install and configure workstations, manage user accounts and security, oversee backups and shared resources, and participate in medium to high complexity projects, potentially leading them, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or technical certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure/network environments, including network operations, support, maintenance, and administration.

Job description

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems (LAN, WAN, wireless) including multiplexers, hubs, and routers.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools to oversee network performance and resolve issues.
• Install and configure new workstations and network devices.
• Manage user accounts, including adding/removing users and overseeing password protection and security measures.
• Archive files and monitor usage of shared network resources.
• Handle malfunctioning equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Select, develop, integrate, and implement network management applications for Internet components.
• Provide daily operational support, maintenance, and administration for network systems.
• Participate in medium to high complexity projects, sometimes as a project leader.
• May coach and mentor junior technical staff.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or technical certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure/network environments, including network operations, support, maintenance, and administration.
