Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is hiring a Network Administrator 3 in Rockdale, TX on site. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and supporting advanced data center network fabrics, including VXLAN EVPN Spine-Leaf architectures, and maintaining core infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot BGP/OSPF, manage layer 2/3 networks, and lead upgrades and migrations. Expect collaboration with a skilled team to ensure high availability and performance in a demanding data center environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise or data center network engineering experience in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with VXLAN EVPN fabrics and Spine-Leaf architectures.
• Proficient with BGP, OSPF and static routing; strong L2/L3 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support data center network fabrics and architectures.
• Configure routing protocols and troubleshoot for optimal performance.
• Maintain data center switching platforms (Arista, Nexus, Catalyst, Aruba).
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh projects.

As a Network Administrator 3, you will be integral to supporting and maintaining the core network infrastructure that powers critical operations. Pay Range: $62-$65

What's the Job?

• Design, deploy, and support advanced data center network fabrics, including VXLAN EVPN Spine-Leaf architectures.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and static routes to ensure optimal network performance.
• Support and maintain data center switching platforms and network infrastructure, including Arista, Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and Aruba technologies.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting of network, server, and application connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead network upgrades, hardware refreshes, migrations, and expansion projects to enhance network capabilities.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of enterprise or data center network engineering experience with a focus on large-scale environments.
• Hands-on experience with VXLAN EVPN fabrics, Spine-Leaf architectures, and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, VLANs, VRFs, QoS, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience troubleshooting complex production networks and supporting cloud networking platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work onsite and perform physical troubleshooting within a data center environment.
