Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Network Administrator to work onsite in St. Louis, supporting DoD network environments with a focus on security and reliability.

The role requires 2+ years of Cisco LAN/WAN experience, Security+ certification, and an active Interim Secret or higher clearance. It includes after-hours on-call coverage and long-term contract opportunities with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches (IOS)
• 2+ years of LAN/WAN design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• 2+ years of TCP/IP networking experience
• Security+ or equivalent IATII certification required

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and document requirements for network LAN technologies and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in agile sprint teams.
• Create and document designs conforming to architectural and security standards.
• Prepare, deploy, and coordinate installation of complex implementations.
• Provide Level 3 incident/problem management support.
