Netsuite Techno-Functional Consultant (OTC & ARM)

Position: Netsuite Techno-Functional Consultant (OTC & ARM)

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Note: Strong in Finance and OTC & ARM

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Order to Cash (OTC) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP functionalities, business process mapping, and hands-on technical capabilities to support system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a subject matter expert for OTC and ARM processes in NetSuite.
2. Gather and analyse business requirements to design and implement NetSuite solutions.
3. Configure, customize, and support NetSuite modules with a focus on OTC (order management, billing, AR) and ARM (revenue recognition, revenue rules, and forecasting).
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize financial and operational workflows.
5. Develop scripts (SuiteScript), workflows, and reports to meet business needs.
6. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.

Requirements:

1. 9+ years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant with a strong techno-functional background.
2. Proven expertise in OTC and ARM modules.
3. Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
