Responsibilities

1. Participating in business processes mapping including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation
2. Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations
3. Documenting all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration and interface documents and publish reports as necessary
4. Providing key decision support, monitoring issue and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients
5. Managing a full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from a technical, functional and/or organizational change management standpoint
6. SRP Module Is mandatory in NetSuite implementation
7. Leading organizational changes and business process improvements with clients
8. Specification development and Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
9. Identifying and minimizing project risk, communicating effectively with team members and clients and Serve as a leader to junior consultants

Requirements

1. Experience with NetSuite’s Services Resource and planning module
2. A working knowledge of revenue and project accounting standards such as ASC606 and how they impact NetSuite
3. Extensive knowledge with Milestone Billing
4. Extensive knowledge with Charge Based Billing
5. Knowledge of time entry tied to project Records
6. Extensive knowledge with Job Costing, Work Breakdown structure, project budgeting, project profit and loss reporting
7. Experience with Project Progress based Revenue Recognition and Sales order with Projects
8. Deep understanding of project-centric accounting, including WBS, fixed fee & T&M billing, revenue recognition, and project profitability tracking.
9. Familiarity with SuiteProjects integrations such as Time & Expense tracking, Resource Planning, and Project Reporting.
10. Experience with customizing project templates, workflows, and saved searches/dashboards for project visibility and reporting.
11. Ability to configure and optimize project billing rules and milestone-based billing schedules.
12. Functional knowledge of related NetSuite modules such as Time & Expense, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), or OpenAir.
13. Experience working with PSA tools and professional services organizations.
14. Nice to have: working knowledge of Deltek
