Position Description

We are seeking a highly effective NetSuite Support Specialist to join our NetSuite team remotely on a full-time basis. This role involves utilizing best practices to respond to and resolve support requests from clients. Additionally, the candidate will identify and route consulting or development requests to the appropriate team members. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, capable of multitasking and managing projects, and have prior help desk experience. A balanced knowledge of both functional and technical skills, along with the ability to train users, is essential.

  1. Respond to support requests within the contracted response time.
  2. Track and manage open cases to resolution within the ticketing system.
  3. Troubleshoot issues in NetSuite and related products.
  4. Interact with NetSuite Support as needed.
  5. Gather client requirements and document functional specifications.
  6. Perform system testing and end-user training.
  7. Troubleshoot and support NetSuite applications and add-ons.
  8. Complete project tasks on time and within budget.
  9. Understand inventory, distribution, and manufacturing concepts.
Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience working with NetSuite in support or consulting roles.
  • At least one year of experience in a help desk role.
  • SuiteFoundation Certification (required).
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification (required).
  • Understanding of basic ERP modules including core financials, distribution, and OneWorld; manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Record to Report, SuiteBilling, Revenue Management / ARM.
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteFlow & Advanced Approvals (preferred).
  • Experience supporting integrated applications like Banking/ACH, Avalara, Concur, BILL, RF Smart, etc.
  • Ability to analyze middleware logs (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).
  • Ability to manage projects independently and deliverables with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and adaptability.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Accounting, or equivalent (preferred).
  • NetSuite certifications as listed in qualifications.
