Job summary

StemWave is seeking a Manufacturing Operations & ERP Systems Lead to architect material flow on a brand-new line using NetSuite. You will map and implement inbounding, stocking, stockroom, work order processing, and order fulfillment while building real-time ERP dashboards for Ops, Finance, and leadership.

You will design processes, apply Lean/Six Sigma, and train teams on new workflows, with a focus on cycle time, accuracy, and value creation across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive supply chain / manufacturing operations experience with leadership of systems initiatives.
• Strong ERP experience — NetSuite required; RF-SMART experience highly preferred.
• Fluency in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Understanding of standard manufacturing flows in aerospace or medical device environments.
• Proven ability to create work instructions, process flows, and visual work standards.
• Expert-level Excel, databases, ERP reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite ERP implementation for a new manufacturing line, including inbounding, stocking, stockroom, and order fulfillment.
• Configure, test, and validate ERP workflows against production scenarios before go-live.
• Build ERP reports and dashboards for real-time visibility across Ops, Finance, and Leadership.
• Support RF-SMART barcode workflows to improve transaction accuracy on the floor.
• Create clear work Instructions and process maps; design efficient workflows and measure/refine.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to align end-to-end processes; mentor on ERP topics.
