Job summary

Crowe is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Manager to lead ERP deployments for Manufacturing and Distribution clients. You will oversee the full lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support, coordinating across finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NetSuite ERP implementations and strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and revenue recognition. Remote/onsite options may apply, with a focus on delivering value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field.
• NetSuite certifications: ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or NetSuite Administrator preferred.
• 5+ years implementing or consulting on NetSuite ERP or similar cloud ERP.
• 3+ years leading ERP implementation projects or teams.
• Experience with finance, general ledger, AP/AR, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite ERP implementations across Manufacturing and Distribution.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, design discussions, and testing sessions.
• Configure NetSuite modules: GL, AP, AR, Revenue, multi-entity consolidations.
• Collaborate with WMS, ecommerce, logistics for integrations.
