Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd seeks an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant to help transition from Microsoft Business Central to NetSuite. You will lead or support a full cycle, finance-led NetSuite implementation, working closely with the client’s finance team and/or an implementation partner.

The role involves designing NetSuite setup, data migration, and ongoing advisory on licensing and contracts, with direct client interaction and remote work.

NetSuite Implementation Consultant | Business Central to NetSuite | Contract

The role

Our client is a growing, PE backed SaaS company moving from Microsoft Business Central to NetSuite, mainly for Finance and Accounting. They're early in the process and want experienced, independent NetSuite people on their side from day one. You'll work directly with the finance team, alongside or in place of an implementation partner, depending on the final approach.

What you'll do

• Lead or support a full cycle, finance led NetSuite implementation
• Help design the NetSuite setup, including the chart of accounts
• Plan and run data migration and data cleansing
• Act as the client's advocate with the implementation partner and hold them to the SOW
• Advise on NetSuite licensing and contract negotiations
• Support testing, go live and hypercare

What you'll need

• Hands on Business Central or Dynamics to NetSuite migration experience
• Full cycle, finance focused NetSuite implementations
• Confidence working directly with finance leaders
• US based, with your own LLC (C2C only)

Nice to have

• SaaS revenue recognition (ARM)
• OneWorld / multi entity setups
• Experience negotiating NetSuite contracts
