Job summary

Nscale in New York is hiring a NetSuite Functional Lead to own configuration and design as our finance processes scale globally. You will be the NetSuite SME, partnering with finance process owners and reporting to the Director, Finance Tech.

Configure, customize, or change processes to meet Finance needs and ensure close and reporting across entities. You’ll build saved searches and dashboards, manage roles and access for audit, and support upgrades and new entity rollouts.

Qualifications

• You have NetSuite experience, in-house or in consulting, including delivering implementations end to end.
• You’ve administered a NetSuite instance after go-live, through close cycles and upgrades.
• You have experience with intercompany, multi-currency, consolidation, and revenue recognition in NetSuite.
• You can act as a thought partner to Finance on system design and explain the accounting impact of each option.
• You’ve managed competing requests from several finance teams.
• Experience using AI tools day to day to work faster is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure NetSuite’s chart of accounts, subsidiaries, revenue recognition, and fixed assets.
• Own transaction flows from sales to cash collection and through financial close and reporting.
• Lead NetSuite rollout planning and user training.
