Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a NetSuite Manager to lead engagement teams in designing and implementing NetSuite solutions aligned with clients' goals. You will drive functional design, prototyping, and cutover, while mentoring junior staff and building lasting client relationships.

You will work across core financial processes with a focus on delivering measurable results, while coordinating on-site and remote sessions and ensuring smooth post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in R2R, P2P, or O2C domains
• Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics or related field
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available

Work you'll do

As a Manager, you will lead the implementation and deployment of NetSuite solutions:

• Lead and manage an engagement team, identifying business requirements, managing functional design, prototyping, designing processes, performing cutover, and defining support procedures
• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise, using industry experience, business analysis, and best practices to address clients' most complex requirements
• Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions that accommodate unique industry, business, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with clients, on-site and remote
• Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents for client approval
• Build, develop, and test functional designs and scripted, customized solutions for business components and prototypes
• Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption

Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Record to Report: General Ledger, Consolidations, Multibook accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and/or Financial Reporting
• Procure to Pay: Accounts Payable
• Order to Cash: Accounts Receivable
• Certified NetSuite Professional (NetSuite Administrator / Suite Foundation / ERP Consultant / Multi-Book Consultant / ARM/Revenue Management)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

• Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience, including Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Support phases
• Experience with NetSuite integrations, customizations, and ERP data migration/cutover
• Previous "Big 4" or large consulting firm experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders across global locations
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Eagerness to mentor and develop junior staff

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
