Job summary

Anderson Frank is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to own and optimize a NetSuite ERP environment. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT, and lead two financial systems professionals while staying hands-on with configuration and scripting.

Open to accounting or IT backgrounds with strong NetSuite expertise; this is a blend of functional and technical work in a fully on-site role in Houston, TX. Competitive base plus bonus and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of NetSuite experience in administrator/analyst role.
• Experience mentoring a small team and managing system integrations.
• Hands-on with NetSuite configuration, scripting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and SME for NetSuite ERP instance across the organization.
• Lead and develop a team of two financial systems professionals.
• Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition).
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions with Finance leadership.
• Manage integrations with payroll, CRM, procurement, banking via APIs or middleware.
• Oversee testing, sandbox, change control for NetSuite releases.
• Troubleshoot data integrity, reconcile discrepancies, support month/quarter-end close.
• Identify automation opportunities and document configurations and internal controls.
• Ensure SOX compliance where applicable.
