Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Finance Transformation Manager (NetSuite) to lead NetSuite implementations and the Finance as a Service (FaaS) outsourcing practice. You will guide end-to-end engagements, manage multiple projects, and develop a high-performing team of consultants across a national footprint.

The role requires deep accounting and NetSuite knowledge, proven project leadership, and an agile mindset to adapt to shifting priorities. A hybrid work model and offices in major markets are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, MIS or Information Systems.
• Experience leading NetSuite implementation projects and multi-project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage teams of consultants and project staff.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation engagements including NetSuite implementations and FaaS tech stack deployments.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and client expectations.
• Conduct client design sessions to redesign processes aligned with FaaS best practices.
• Own solution design and ensure delivery of functional specs, configurations, integrations, data migration and testing.
• Apply agile delivery approaches and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
• Serve as primary client liaison, build trusted relationships, and communicate status and decisions.
• Lead client-facing and internal training on NetSuite and related systems.
• Mentor and develop consultants, support recruiting and performance management.
