Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and onboarding of new clients within the FaaS accounting outsourcing practice.
• Participate in client design sessions to analyze requirements and redesign business processes in connection with best practices in areas such as chart of accounts redesign, procure to pay, order to cash, record to report.
• Perform solution design in connection with the implementation of the FaaS technology stack, including NetSuite, BILL, Ramp and BlackLine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation project to achieve business goals, including Project Management team, technology support team, client accounting services team and other key stakeholders within RSM.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to enhance the customer onboarding experience and collaborate with team members to successfully implement improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and advisory services post-implementation to ensure client satisfaction and the continuous optimization of NetSuite solutions.
• Actively assist with other project-based initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, including quality control review and technology/process optimization of current client base.
