Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. seeks an onshore NetSuite Finance Functional Lead to configure and deliver NetSuite Financial Management across core modules. You will lead workshops, validate designs, and drive decisions with client Finance teams.

Requirements include 5+ years in NetSuite finance with multiple full cycles, proficiency in GL/AP/AR/Fixed Assets, SuiteTax, SuiteFlow, and multi‑currency setups. On-site collaboration is expected with offshore teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle NetSuite functional experience with at least two full-cycle NetSuite Finance implementations as Functional Lead or Senior Consultant.
• Deep hands-on expertise in NetSuite GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and OneWorld configuration.
• SuiteTax, multi-currency, intercompany, and consolidation setup.
• SuiteFlow for finance approval workflows and CSV data migration.
• Experience leading client workshops, SIT/UAT, and coordinating offshore delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present to Finance leads and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onshore functional lead for NetSuite Finance and collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Configure and support core NetSuite Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, multi‑currency/OneWorld.
• Design COA, subsidiary structures and intercompany relationships aligned to reporting needs.
• Set up SuiteTax codes and tax reporting to meet multi‑jurisdiction requirements.
• Set up SuiteFlow workflows for journals, vendor bills, expenses, and payments.
• Lead workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT; coordinate with offshore team as escalation point.
• Coordinate offshore team: assign tasks, review deliverables, and track milestones.
• Support period-end close, revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), and financial reporting with NetSuite saved searches.
• Lead data migration via CSV imports for COA, customers/vendors, and opening balances.
• Develop test scripts and deliver end-user training/documentation for Finance teams.
