Job summary

Riveron is seeking an Associate Director to lead NetSuite ERP implementations and client engagements within its Technology and Innovation practice. You will guide a team, deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget, and contribute to business development and practice growth.

The role interfaces with CFOs and senior leaders, emphasizing solution design, client relationships, and advisory delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MIS.
• 7+ years of ERP implementation/ optimization experience.
• Experience leading NetSuite implementations.
• Gather business requirements and implement ERP/CRM/PSA solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client engagements and guide a team through project lifecycle.
• Conduct client workshops to shape implementation strategy and requirements.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities for NetSuite projects.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support pre-sales and business development.
