Our client is a nationally recognized advisory and consulting firm that recently received private equity investment to accelerate the growth of their consulting business. As part of this transformation, they are making significant investments in building out their ERP and cloud application practices, with NetSuite as a cornerstone of their expansion strategy.

They are seeking an experienced NetSuite Director to lead large-scale, full-suite NetSuite implementations for complex, multi-million-dollar client engagements. This is a high-impact leadership role with the ability to shape delivery frameworks, mentor a growing team, and work directly with C-level stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations, typically ranging from $1M–$5M+, including Financials, Order Management, Procurement, and Reporting
• Serve as the senior delivery lead and executive sponsor across multiple high-visibility client engagements
• Manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals
• Partner with client executives to translate operational needs into scalable NetSuite solutions
• Guide and mentor consultants, architects, and project managers across concurrent engagements
• Establish scalable delivery methodologies and best practices to support a rapidly growing NetSuite practice
• Collaborate with internal leadership to drive market strategy and service line innovation
• Represent the practice in the NetSuite ecosystem and build strategic relationships with technology partners

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of ERP consulting experience, including 5+ years in NetSuite full-suite implementations
• Proven ability to manage large-scale ERP projects with budgets exceeding $1M
• Deep expertise in NetSuite core modules (Financials, P2P, O2C, Reporting, etc.)
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments; professional services or Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with CFOs, CIOs, and PE-backed company leaders
• Familiarity with SuiteSuccess, project governance frameworks, and change management
