Job summary

OneCompass Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior NetSuite Developer for end-to-end solution delivery across Finance, Sales, and Operations. You will design, build, test, and support NetSuite customizations and integrations to optimize business processes and data flows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, participate in upgrades, and ensure governance and security compliance. Strong SQL, ERP knowledge, and SuiteScript experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience administering NetSuite in a complex, multi‑department environment.
• Understanding of ERP processes including Finance and CRM.
• Experience with third‑party integrations and middleware platforms.
• Experience with relational databases including Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong SQL development skills including complex queries, joins, views, and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and web services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support NetSuite solutions utilizing SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and related tools.
• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules supporting Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and establish a strategic development roadmap.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, forms, records, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and automation.
• Design, develop, and support NetSuite integrations using APIs, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, middleware, and ETL platforms.
• Triage issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability and performance.
