Job summary

QTL in Milford, CT seeks a NetSuite CPQ Developer to maintain and enhance our CPQ platform, ensuring accurate build and pricing configurations. You will work with product development, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to streamline the quote-to-cash process and drive revenue through effective CPQ usage.

The role involves configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, and discounts, while integrating CPQ with other NetSuite modules and third-party apps to ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE, Business Admin or related field.
• 2+ years experience managing and configuring NetSuite CPQ or similar CPQ solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across departments and communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, Maintain, and Manage product configurators using the NetSuite CPQ platform.
• Accurate and timely implementation of product catalog updates, pricing rule changes, and discounting structures.
• Continuously assess the CPQ system's performance and adjust workflows, rules, and configurations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using the CPQ system and are utilizing it to its full potential.
• Work closely with product development, marketing, sales and manufacturing to gather requirements, design integration, implement changes, and align CPQ with business goals.
• Assist in integrating the CPQ system with other NetSuite modules and third-party apps (RF-Smart, PaceJet) to ensure seamless data flow.
• Act as a point of contact for CPQ issues, troubleshooting, and implementing timely solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation for CPQ configurations, processes, and user guides including SOPs and Quality procedures.
