Job summary

Mercury Marine, based in Fond du Lac, WI, seeks an experienced CPQ Configuration & Development professional to design and maintain product configurations within Oracle CPQ. You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, service, and IT to translate business requirements into high-quality CPQ solutions.

The role emphasizes pricing logic, integrations with CRM/ERP, and usability improvements for a streamlined sales process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Oracle CPQ development or similar CPQ
• Proficiency in CPQ modeling, rules, and pricing
• CPQ scripting with BML/JavaScript/SQL; system integrations

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CPQ models, rules, and configurations in Oracle CPQ
• Develop pricing logic, validations, and guided selling experiences
• Build and maintain integrations between CPQ and CRM/ERP/product data systems
• Improve configurator usability and performance
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimizations
