Who is successful at BPM:
BPM/Caravel is seeking a hands‑on NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Architect who understands NSAW end‑to‑end: NetSuite source data, integration pipelines, Autonomous Data Warehouse, semantic modeling, and Oracle Analytics Cloud delivery.
This is not a “dashboard builder” role. This is a full‑stack analytics architecture position responsible for turning raw ERP and third‑party data into a reconciled, governed, high‑performance analytics platform.
You will own the NSAW solution lifecycle: discovery, data architecture, integration design, SQL transformations, reconciliation frameworks, and executive‑level analytics delivery.
If someone asks, “Why doesn’t this number match NetSuite?” you are the person who traces it across NetSuite → iPaaS → ADW → NSAW semantic model → OAC visualization and fixes it.
Architect complete NSAW implementations including Source system analysis (NetSuite + external systems), ADW data structures and transformation layers, NSAW semantic models and subject areas, OAC dashboards and KPIs.
Define NSAW best practices for Data modeling standards, Environment setup, Security and subject area design, Performance, and scalability.
Lead discovery sessions to translate business questions into: KPIs, financial logic, allocation rules, hierarchies, and grain definitions.
Build working SQL prototypes to validate logic before dashboards are developed.
Design and implement transformation logic in Oracle ADW.
Write, optimize, and review complex Oracle SQL involving multi‑table financial joins, time‑series logic, hierarchical modeling, reconciliation datasets, snapshotting and historical logic.
Architect structures that support trial balance reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, operational analytics, drill‑through from summary to transaction level.
Partner with integration teams using: Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Celigo or similar iPaaS tools.
Define: source‑to‑target mappings, data contracts, refresh strategies, dependency flows.
Understand and document how transformations in middleware impact downstream analytics.
Lead root‑cause analysis when data issues occur across: NetSuite, integration tools, ADW, NSAW semantic layer.
Design executive‑ready dashboards in Oracle Analytics Cloud aligned to NSAW models.
Enforce visualization and modeling best practices.
Develop enablement assets like technical documentation, solution walkthroughs, admin handover guides, internal training and client training material.
NSAW is not just another reporting product. It has become the financial and operational intelligence backbone of our customers. This role defines whether that backbone is fragile or bulletproof.

In accordance with Ontario’s pay transparency legislation, the posted compensation range, if applicable, will reflect the scope and responsibilities associated with the role. Positions supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions involve additional regulatory considerations, cross‑border coordination, and broader compliance requirements compared to roles focused on a single local market. Hours of work and travel expectations may vary based on role scope and are considered in determining compensation. These factors, along with credential requirements and market benchmarks, are incorporated into compensation ranges to ensure alignment with industry standards and the specialized expertise required. Compensation includes base salary and any non‑discretionary bonuses or commissions. If the top of the compensation range exceeds $200,000 annually, specific details will be provided during the recruitment process instead of being posted, in compliance with legislation.
