Job summary

Caravel BPM Technology Solutions seeks a NetSuite Consultant to lead and understand a client’s subscription terminology, gather requirements, configure, test, and train end users. The role focuses on NetSuite standard and ARM modules, SuiteBilling, and onboarding new customers onto the platform.

You will join a collaborative and friendly team, with remote work options and opportunities for professional growth through BPM University and related programs.

Qualifications

• End-to-end NetSuite implementations experience.
• Proficient in SuiteBilling and ARM implementations.
• Set Up (Billing Account, Subscription Plan, Pricebook).
• Invoice billable customers and process billing operations.
• Data migration related to billing components.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations and client onboarding.
• Configure and test NetSuite subscriptions, billing accounts, and invoicing.
• Onboard new customers onto SuiteBilling/NetSuite and ensure successful adoption.
• Integrate Salesforce with NetSuite billing workflows.
