Job summary

Caravel BPM Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to lead client work across subscriptions, billing, and invoicing. You will gather requirements, configure, test, and train end users on end-to-end processes.

Industry experience in software and services is preferred. Our team is collaborative and supportive, with emphasis on remote-friendly operations and ongoing professional growth via BPM University.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with NetSuite standard and ARM module.
Experience configuring and onboarding customers to SuiteBilling/NetSuite.
Strong understanding of subscriptions, billing accounts and invoicing.
Familiarity with Salesforce to NetSuite billing integrations.
Comfort with remote-first operations and collaborative delivery.

Responsibilities

Extensive experience within the NetSuite standard and advanced ARM module and Suitebilling.
Thorough understanding of NetSuite’s subscriptions, billing accounts, and invoicing processes.
Experience implementing and onboarding new customers onto Suitebilling/NetSuite.
Salesforce to NetSuite billing, specifically as it connects to Suitebilling modules.
Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations and digital collaboration.
