Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks an Associate Director for the NetSuite practice serving PE-backed clients. You will lead client delivery, supervise junior team members, and participate in business development activities to drive value creation.

You will design integration architectures, oversee cross-system solutions, and mentor teams while collaborating with PE portfolio companies to maximize operational value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of NetSuite experience in a professional services environment, with 2+ years advising PE/PE-backed clients.
• Experience architecting multi-system environments with integration, best-in-breed partner solutions and end-to-end architecture.
• Experience with one or more of the listed tools: NetSuite, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi.
• Comfort with AI: ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
• Continuous learning mindset: openness to emerging technologies including AI and automation.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve issues.
• Strong client relationships and prior success in business development.
• CPA or CA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to complex PE-backed technology transformations with holistic, scalable solutions.
• Design and govern future-state architectures integrating NetSuite, Salesforce, and related platforms.
• Lead integration design across APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures with secure data flows.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in client forums, communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for clients in line with policies and standards.
• Stay informed on emerging AI tools and opportunities to enhance client solutions.
• Foster business development by networking with clients and leading proposal efforts.
• Mentor team members with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Play an active role in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and retaining talent.
