Job summary

Data Recognition Corporation in Maple Grove, Minnesota, is seeking a NetSuite Administrator with approximately 3+ years of experience to join our Technology team. You will support, maintain, configure, and enhance our NetSuite ERP platform while partnering with business stakeholders to improve business processes and maximize the value of NetSuite and integrated SaaS applications.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
Experience configuring NetSuite: custom fields, forms, records, saved searches, dashboards, workflows.
Knowledge of SuiteScript and ability to support/modify scripts.
Experience integrating NetSuite with SaaS applications (e.g., Jira, Avalara, DocuSign, Salesforce).
Understanding of ERP processes: Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Order Management, or CRM.
Excellent communication and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain NetSuite customizations (fields, forms, records, workflows).
Support and maintain integrations with third-party applications and SaaS platforms.
Gather requirements and translate needs into NetSuite configuration or development requests.
Deploy NetSuite enhancements through testing, validation, and release.
Create saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Monitor health and performance of NetSuite and integrated apps.
Perform CSV imports and data maintenance activities.
Participate in Release Preview testing and production upgrades.
Assist with user provisioning, role management, and security.
Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
