Job summary

SonarSource, headquartered in the United States, is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve our NetSuite environment across a fast-growing, multi-site organization. You will manage configurations, user access, and IT controls while delivering scalable solutions and integrations with third-party systems.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to translate evolving business needs into effective configurations, dashboards, and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• NetSuite Administrator Certificate required.
• Experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) and RESTlet/SOAP APIs for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of NetSuite and related systems for a multi-site, multi-national organization.
• Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and access with ITIL-based processes and compliance.
• Lead change management, including communications, implementation, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.
• Design, build, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot API integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels.
