Responsibilities

• Serve as a NetSuite administrator, managing user access, roles, provisioning, and SOX-compliant change management.
• Execute NetSuite roadmap initiatives, including module implementations, enhancements, integrations, and projects with external consultants.
• Design approval workflows and assist in ERP controls oversight for compliance.
• Gather requirements, document solutions, test features, and provide user training as needed.
• Manage ancillary systems and ensure seamless NetSuite integration (Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, Concur).
• Build and test NetSuite dashboards, create reports, perform mass CSV updates, and saved searches.
• Develop SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteScript customizations, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate admin tasks.
• Travel up to 10% occasionally for implementations and stakeholder engagement.

About this Role

Join Ampacity as our NetSuite Administrator and play a key role in supporting the foundation of our financial and operational backbone. In this high-impact role, you'll contribute to the growth and evolution of our NetSuite ecosystem while directly influencing how we operate, scale, and make strategic decisions.

This is a 100% remote role.Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits

What You'll Do

• Serve as a NetSuite administrator, working alongside a broader admin team to manage user access, role creation, provisioning, and SOX-compliant change management procedures, while providing ongoing technical support

• Execute NetSuite roadmap initiatives — including new module implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and special projects — collaborating with third-party NetSuite consultants as the internal subject matter expert

• Design efficient approval workflows that conform to Ampacity's control framework, and assist in oversight of ERP system controls for compliance

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, test and implement new features, and provide user training as needed

• Manage and administer ancillary systems (Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, Concur), ensuring compliance, user adoption, training, and seamless integration with NetSuite

• Support and test the buildout of custom NetSuite dashboards for all departments, develop business reports for decision-making, execute mass data updates via CSV uploads, and create saved searches to enhance user effectiveness

• Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteScript customizations to automate and extend core NetSuite functionality, and leverage AI tooling — including Claude's NetSuite MCP connector — to accelerate admin, diagnostic, and reporting work

• Willingness to travel (up to 10%) occasionally to support implementations, training, and stakeholder engagement across locations

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience with advanced configuration, customization, and development skills including SuiteScript, workflows, and reporting

• Proven track record leading ERP implementations, system integrations, and enhancement projects while managing SOX compliance and internal controls

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide effective user training

• Experience managing multiple business systems and integrations, preferably including platforms like Box, HCSS/HeavyJob, FloQast, or Concur

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with ability to coordinate with external consultants and support diverse stakeholder needs
